Job summary

FloSports, Inc. is seeking a highly collaborative Program Manager to drive complex, cross‑functional programs from Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will own end-to-end vertical launches and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams across commercial, technical, and production domains. The role emphasizes a hands-on, results‑oriented approach with a strong focus on data, budgets, dashboards, and continuous improvement to support FloSports’ growth and operational

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, business operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional programs from planning through implementation across commercial, technical, creative, financial, and operational teams.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Experience managing roadmaps, budgets, dependencies, risks, and executive communications.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven decision making and data‑driven insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on approach, able to move between strategic planning and detailed execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets with financial modeling and executive reporting.
• Experience with business‑intelligence platforms (Domo Looker Studio Tableau PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programs for launching new sports verticals, from pre-launch planning through launch and post-launch growth.
• Coordinate commercial, operational, technical, production, partner, content, marketing, and customer-experience components for each launch.
• Build and maintain an integrated roadmap for planned and potential vertical launches.
• Lead post-launch reviews and incorporate lessons into FloSports’ vertical-launch framework.
• Lead cross-functional programs introducing new technology, workflows, or operating models.
• Develop implementation plans including product development, pilots, field testing, partner onboarding, training, deployment, and support.
• Ensure new capabilities are scalable and align with customer and partner experience.
• Coordinate change-management to drive adoption and clarify new responsibilities.
