nCino is seeking a VP of Global Strategic Partnerships to lead the partnership function worldwide, shaping strategy with the CRO and regional leaders. As VP of Global Strategic Partnerships, you will lead nCino's partnership function globally at a pivotal moment for agentic banking, setting nCino's global partnership strategy and organizational objectives in partnership with CRO and Regional GMs and translating them into worldwide execution. As the global leader for this function, you will lead a matrixed global partner organization, coordinating across regional teams to align local execution with worldwide strategy. You will own the partner ecosystem that extends nCino's market reach globally, accelerates customer time-to-value, and multiplies delivery and innovation capacity for the financial institutions we serve. This includes scaling existing partnerships and originating new ones, including with foundation model providers and the emerging AI ecosystem. This leader works from the front, close to where the work happens, and builds the multi-tier global leadership bench needed to sustain that reach.
Regular travel required across global markets, including regular time at Wilmington HQ and with partners and account teams in each market.
Wilmington, NC (hybrid). We'd love to have you at our Wilmington headquarters, and we're happy to support relocation. Strong remote candidates in the US will also be considered.
