Job summary

Onebrief is expanding its international partnerships to drive strategic alliances across global defense and operational sectors. You will own priority partner ecosystems, translating alliances into measurable customer outcomes and repeatable delivery models.

You will collaborate with International Growth, Sales, Product, and Finance to build scalable partner frameworks, validate deals, and drive regional opportunity targets while requiring significant travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnership management, alliance development, or GTM in international markets.
• Experience building repeatable partner strategies across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end international partnerships across assigned regions with regional sales alignment.
• Activate priority partners and deliver capabilities validated by sales/technical owners.
• Design scalable partnership frameworks and standardized processes for multi-customer delivery.
• Develop data-driven business cases and support market expansion decisions.
