Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with financial ecosystem partners, manage technical integrations, and ensure optimal performance of partner solutions.

You will establish SLAs, monitor partner health, and collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Partner Development to deliver value. Travel may be required as part of partner engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in partner management, technical project management, or business operations.
• Experience with payment technologies and ecosystems.
• Proven ability to drive medium to large-sized technical projects with external partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial ecosystem partners, serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and operational support.
• Define and implement successful integrations with partners, ensuring all technical requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
• Establish SLAs and performance standards for partner accounts, leveraging metrics to monitor health and satisfaction.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Partner Development to drive process improvements and solutions for partners.
• Coordinate incident resolution and partner communications to resolve issues effectively.
