Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Director, Global Partner Strategy, Programs & Operations to lead partner program design, incentives, and governance in a global matrixed organization. This role oversees virtual teams in Manila and partners with Sales, Finance, and IT to drive growth and compliance.

The position requires 15+ years in partner operations and program strategy, with strong financial fluency and executive presentation experience; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner and quality check on program design and execution.
• Evolve global partner strategy and incentives, aligning to growth objectives.
• Oversee governance, KPI tracking, and regional partner operations supporting sustainable growth.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Intelligence, Finance, Services and IT.
• Manage virtual partner support and Manila-based operations and relationships.
