Job summary
Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Director, Global Partner Success to design and lead a world-class partner ecosystem. You will establish an operating model, drive capacity planning by region, and expand partner-led services to scale delivery.
You will partner with GPO, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure quality and growth across the global partner network. The role reports to the SVP, Global Alliances and requires strategic leadership, governance, and strong stakeholder management
Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
- Deep understanding of global partner ecosystems and success capabilities.
- Experience designing governance, enablement and performance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Create and centralize global partner success standards and operating cadence.
- Plan ecosystem capacity by region, surface gaps and actions.
- Align certification and enablement to market needs and capacity.
- Strengthen governance with partner reviews and joint success plans.
- Monitor quality and mitigate delivery risk across partner-led deployments.
- Define end-to-end partner-success tooling and workflow integration.
- Drive measurable performance and partner adoption using data.
- Own the partner success lifecycle from recruitment to maturity.
- Build the global Partner Success future vision and roadmap.
