Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned leader to head Partner Solutions Architects across the AMER region, guiding best practices and aligning with sales, product, and engineering. The role emphasizes team development, strategic planning, and strong partner engagement.

You will drive global talent development, establish Centers of Excellence with partners, and advocate for Stripe-driven GTM services and solutions across our partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical Pre-Sales / Solutions Architecture; leadership exp.
• At least 5 years building and developing teams across regions.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, APIs, software architecture, and integration technologies.
• Excellent leadership with ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills to lead multiple initiatives.
• Experience in environments with Billing, Payments, fraud solutions, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Partner Solutions Architects, guiding best practices for partner engagement.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance PSA capabilities across AMER.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to align partner strategies.
• Manage relationships with key partner accounts and translate needs into actions for the PSA team.
• Analyze market trends and partner feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Develop and grow talent on a global scale across AMER.
• Lead efforts to develop Centers of Excellence within partners and drive GTM services with Stripe as a key pillar.
