Qualtrics seeks a Partner Marketing Programs Lead to own global partner marketing programs and drive the operational backbone across systems.

You will manage MDF, sponsorships, and customer value stories, collaborating with sales, field marketing, and partner teams to scale growth.

This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence go-to-market strategy across regions.

Competenze

• 4–6+ years in partner marketing or marketing operations in a B2B environment.
• Experience supporting or administering partner programs (MDF, portals, enablement).
• Experience with marketing intake systems and enablement tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with reporting in Salesforce, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Google Slides.
• Proven track record of multi-channel communications (newsletters, webinars, content calendars).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent practical experience.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end MDF program management, including workflows, approvals, and ROI reporting.
• Lead global sponsorship operations and partner event execution.
• Oversee Customer Value Stories intake, review, and publication.
• Drive partner communications and quarterly newsletters and webinars.
• Manage Partner Marketing Central content and enablement assets.
• Design surveys and analyze feedback for insights.
• Assist in reporting for weekly updates and QBRs.
