Job summary

Oyster is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to build a scalable engine that creates demand and pipeline through our partner ecosystem. You will inherit an active portfolio, decide what to continue, improve, or retire using performance data.

As a high-autonomy individual-contributor with a global remit, you will design programs that market to partners, with partners, and through partners, while owning the budget and collaborating with Channel and Marketing for measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and running partner marketing programs.
• Ability to manage budgets and measure ROI.
• Collaborative work with Channel and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, orchestrate, and measure partner marketing programs across the ecosystem.
• Build programs that market to partners, with partners, and through partners.
• Protect commitments during handover and assess portfolio performance.
• Own and defend the partner marketing budget with data-driven rationale.
• Develop partner segmentation, positioning, and repeatable operating models.
• Create joint programs across partner types, including technology partners.
• Enable partners to take Oyster’s message and value proposition to market.
