Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Director of Product Marketing for AI Solutions to shape go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for the AI security portfolio. You will work across product management, X-Ops research, sales enablement, and channel marketing to turn AI innovation into pipeline and customer outcomes.

You must be AI-native in your approach, with 7+ years in GTM roles and a proven track record delivering new products or categories to market.

Qualifications

AI-native mindset and fluency with frontier tools for research, drafting, and synthesis.
7+ years in roles combining technical depth with market-facing communication.
Proven track record bringing new products or categories to market.
Ability to translate deep technical capability into clear, differentiated stories.
Experience building launch asset libraries: decks, briefs, web copy, battlecards, playbooks.
Familiarity with MSPs, MSSPs, resellers, and distributors as operating models.

Responsibilities

Own positioning and messaging for Sophos AI solutions portfolio and related categories.
Lead end-to-end GTM planning for AI solutions launches and partner enablement.
Build and maintain the launch asset library across channels.
Drive cross-functional execution with Brand, Digital, Channel Marketing, Sales Enablement, PR, and Events.
