Qualifications

• 3-5 years of paid media experience in brand, media agency, streaming or related industry.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with pivots and lookups.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides for leadership-ready presentations.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management tools.
• Comfort with AI tools and quick adoption of new tech.
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple markets and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Track paid media spend across Canada, EMEA, APAC, LATAM and align with budgets.
• Liaise daily with regional marketing teams and media agencies for cross-market alignment.
• Collaborate with US team to ensure consistency of strategies and timelines.
• Work with Finance to reconcile spend with financial records and resolve discrepancies.
• Consolidate updates into leadership-facing presentations with key metrics.
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows and generate reporting materials.
• Document processes and maintain centralized trackers and timelines.
