Equiliem is hiring a Global Paid Media Manager to coordinate international paid media planning, budgeting, and reporting across Canada, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. You will partner with regional teams, media agencies, Finance, and the U.S. paid media group to ensure consistent processes and accurate spend tracking.

The role requires strong paid media experience, advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple markets and time zones. Onsite in New York or Burbank, CA.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of paid media experience at a brand, media agency, or streaming/entertainment company.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Working proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides for clear presentations.
• Experience with Airtable or similar PM tools.
• Willingness to learn AI tools such as Claude.

Responsabilités

• Track paid media spending against budgets across multi-regional markets and identify variances.
• Coordinate with regional marketing teams and agencies to gather media plans and updates.
• Maintain consistent planning approaches, timelines, and documentation across markets.
• Reconcile media spend with financial records and resolve discrepancies.
• Consolidate regional data into leadership presentations with key highlights.
• Maintain centralized trackers and timelines using Airtable or similar tools.
• Use AI to summarize regional updates and streamline workflows for presentations.
• Document and share global paid media processes and best practices.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
