Cypress HCM is seeking a Manager, Global Paid Media to coordinate paid media across Canada, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. The role partners with regional marketing teams, media agencies, and Finance to keep plans aligned and spend tracked, while ensuring consistency with US plans.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in multi-market campaigns, and comfortable using Claude AI to summarize updates and draft decks; strong Excel/Sheets and Airtable skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in paid media across multiple markets.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets with pivots and lookups.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Slides to build clean decks.
• Experience with Airtable or similar PM tools.
• Comfort using Claude AI in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Track paid media spend across Canada, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, flag variances and pacing risks.
• Serve as day-to-day link between regional marketing teams and media agencies.
• Coordinate with US paid media to keep international plans aligned.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile spend with records.
• Create leadership decks with investment, spend status and campaign highlights.
• Use Claude to summarize regional updates and draft deck content.
• Maintain trackers and documentation in Airtable for international paid media.
• Capture best practices to outlast the contract.
• Coordinate across time zones to inform stakeholders.
