• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, trackers)
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Slides; ability to assemble clean decks from multiple sources
• Experience with Airtable or similar PM tools
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude; quick learner

Responsabilités

• Track paid media spend against approved plans across multiple regions; flag variances and pacing risks
• Act as day-to-day link between regional teams and media agencies; gather media plans and status updates
• Coordinate with US paid media to align international plans and documentation
• Collaborate with Finance to reconcile spend with financial records
• Collate regional inputs into leadership decks covering investment and campaign highlights
• Use Claude to summarize updates, organize data, and draft deck content
• Maintain central trackers and timelines in Airtable for international paid media
• Coordinate across time zones to keep stakeholders informed
