Job summary

SC Johnson seeks an International Graphics Project Manager to lead the development of packaging graphics across international markets. You will manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating global, regional, and local teams to ensure Design Intent is delivered right the first time.

You will drive process improvements, manage high-volume portfolios, and ensure regional print quality requirements are considered early to reduce rework and costs.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ years with advanced degree.
• 2+ years of project management with complex timelines and cross-functional delivery.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage graphics project timelines from ideation to delivery.
• Provide visibility into status, risks, and dependencies for stakeholders.
• Coordinate handoff of Design Intent to regional and local teams.
• Resolve cross-market conflicts and escalate when needed.
• Manage artwork workflows and assets in graphics systems.
• Engage RPQM early to ensure feasibility and reduce delays.
• Ensure agency adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor graphics KPIs to identify trends and improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve quality, cycle time, and cost.
• Support graphics tech, automation, and workflow enhancements.
