Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Art & Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience managing complex timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage graphics project timelines from ideation through Design Intent delivery, aligning work with business priorities.
• Manage the cross-category portfolio view, providing stakeholders with clear visibility to status, priority shifts, key deliverables, risks, and decision needs.
• Lead the handoff of Design Intent and creative graphics materials to regional and local teams, ensuring requirements, timing, ownership, and execution expectations are clear.
• Identify and resolve cross-market and cross-functional conflicts, facilitating decisions and mitigation plans.
• Manage artwork workflows, reviews, approvals, and assets within WebCenter, DAM, and related graphics systems.
• Engage global and regional print quality managers early to confirm feasibility and reduce delays.
• Drive creative agency adherence to standards and guidelines.
• Monitor and report graphics performance to identify trends and improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, cycle time, efficiency, and cost.
