SC Johnson is seeking an International Consumer Brands Graphics Project Manager to lead packaging graphics development for international markets. You will manage timelines, priorities and cross-functional dependencies to enable right-first-time delivery of Design Intent to regional teams.

You will coordinate with global, regional, local teams and agencies to deliver high-volume graphics in line with commitments, while ensuring early consideration of regional print quality to reduce rework and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Art & Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ years with advanced degree.
• 2+ years of project management experience with complex timelines and cross-functional deliverables.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage graphics project timelines from ideation to Design Intent delivery.
• Manage cross-category portfolio view with status, risks, and priorities.
• Lead handoff of Design Intent to regional and local teams with clear expectations.
• Identify and resolve cross-market conflicts and mitigation plans.
• Manage artwork workflows, reviews, approvals, and assets in WebCenter and DAM.
• Engage RPQM early to confirm feasibility and reduce delays.
• Drive agency adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
• Monitor graphics performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement to quality, cycle time, efficiency, and cost.
• Support graphics technology and workflow enhancements.
