Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in packaging engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global packaging strategy from concept to design freeze for SCJ brands.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure safety, recyclability and usability.
• Quantify packaging outcomes from consumer insights into measurable targets.
• Manage PLM data integrity and digital simulation to accelerate decision making.
• Develop and apply standardized validation protocols for packaging performance.
