Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Director of Packaging Design to lead the creative development of Too Faced primary and secondary packaging, gifting and product-related design across global launches. You will partner with the VP Creative Director and work with Product Development, Packaging Development and Innovation from early stages to create packaging that supports the brand vision.

You will guide concepts through mood boards, sketches, renderings and prototypes, establish packaging

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of packaging design experience.
• BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Industrial Design or related field.
• Exceptional packaging designer with strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of primary and secondary packaging from concept through commercialization.
• Portfolio required with examples across multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development of primary and secondary packaging across global launches.
• Partner with VP Creative Director to develop packaging concepts that support the brand vision.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Packaging Development and Innovation from early stages to launch.
• Direct packaging agencies, freelancers, illustrators, and specialist partners.
• Develop packaging guidelines and systems for consistency across markets.
