The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Director, Global Product Development to lead end-to-end innovation for Too Faced, driving disruptive, trend-forward beauty products that align with brand strategy, excite consumers, strengthen brand equity, and fuel business growth.

This leader will own the innovation pipeline from concept through launch, partnering with Marketing, Packaging Development, Operations, R&D, Regulatory, Creative, and external manufacturing to deliver best-in-class

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Marketing, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in beauty product development.
• 3-5+ years of people management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully launching prestige beauty products.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic formulations, manufacturing, packaging, and product testing.
• Experience managing multiple complex development projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product innovation and development for Too Faced.
• Own and drive the innovation pipeline from concept through launch.
• Partner with Marketing, Packaging Development, Operations, R&D, Regulatory, Creative, and external manufacturing partners.
• Balance creativity with execution handling timelines, costs, and quality.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing Product Development team.
