Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P2P processes globally and drive harmonization across the enterprise.
• Map processes, identify improvement areas, implement and monitor initiatives.
• Lead a global, diverse team; manage performance and training.
• Drive automation, technology adoption, and standardization across functions.
• Establish, track, and improve KPIs; ensure governance and compliance.
