Job summary

Sonoco is seeking a Global Process Lead to own end-to-end processes across the enterprise. This hybrid role can be located in Hartsville, SC or Charlotte, NC and sits within the Global Shared Services leadership team, driving harmonization of processes through Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

You will partner with regional and functional teams, map processes, establish KPI-driven improvements, and lead a diverse, remote global team to deliver world-class performance and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in the functional area.
• Strong process knowledge and SME in the area.
• Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and business acumen.
• Project management and leadership experience.
• Experience leading remote/diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion global process standards across the enterprise.
• Drive efficiency and data reliability within the scope.
• Own execution of the global process function and harmonization.
• Map processes, identify improvements, and monitor initiatives.
• Apply lean and six-sigma methodologies.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage a global, diverse team.
• Ensure KPIs are established, tracked, analyzed and improved.
