Owens Corning is seeking a Global Process Leader for Procure to Pay (PR/PO/GR) to shape the process roadmap, governance, and improvements across global operations. The role partners with business leaders and GIS to optimize end-to-end order execution and ensure compliant financial controls.

The successful candidate will drive SOP development, change management, and process automation initiatives, while mentoring teams and delivering measurable performance improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with leadership experience in supply chain, finance, or accounting.
• 7–10 years in supply chain or related field; global experience preferred.
• 5–7 years SAP experience; S/4HANA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Govern end-to-end Procure to Pay process work streams with global standardization.
• Develop and maintain SOPs with clear, user-friendly guidance for third parties.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive standardization and scalability.
• Lead change management with a structured governance model.
• Enhance user experience by recommending process solutions for stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and monitor process health continuously.
• Lead prioritized P2P projects and stay current on industry trends.
• Ensure end users receive proper training and act as SME for P2P processes.
