Sonoco Products Company is hiring a Manager - Global Process Lead to drive end-to-end process excellence within its global Shared Services network. The role leads a cross-functional team across Hartsville and Charlotte, delivering harmonized process standards and performance improvements.

The candidate will own the strategic roadmap, apply Lean Six Sigma, and champion data-driven governance while engaging stakeholders and driving change across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in process improvement or a related area.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion global process standards across the enterprise and align requirements with the GBS model.
• Drive speed, governance, data transparency and reliability within their span of control.
• Own the strategic roadmap of the global process function and harmonize initiatives across the enterprise.
• Map processes, define requirements, identify improvements, implement initiatives and monitor results.
• Utilize lean and six-sigma methodologies to optimize end-to-end processes.
• Lead a global, diverse team across geographies and time zones.
• Ensure KPI establishment, tracking and continuous improvement.
