Job summary

Brink’s Inc. in Coppell, TX seeks a Global Process Owner for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to define and standardize end-to-end P2P processes across global operations. You will lead process design, governance, and performance management to improve efficiency and controls.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, GSS, MSPs, and tech teams to deploy Coupa and related tools, driving a No PO, No Pay model while ensuring compliance and sustainable transformation across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay, Shared Services, or Global Process Ownership roles.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end P2P processes including supplier lifecycle, purchasing, invoicing, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and continuously improve global end-to-end P2P processes, standards, and operating procedures.
• Establish and maintain global process taxonomy, governance, and documentation across regions.
• Drive standardization while ensuring regulatory compliance where applicable.
• Monitor global P2P performance metrics such as cycle times and invoice match rates.
• Lead global governance forums with Finance, Procurement, GSS, and MSP partners.
• Translate procurement and finance policies into standardized processes and controls.
