Opella is seeking a Procure to Pay (P2P) Lead for North America, with work location options in Morristown, NJ or Chattanooga, TN. The role focuses on leading P2P process design, driving standardization, and partnering with regional teams to deliver simplified, high-impact purchasing practices that support global ambitions.

The candidate brings 7+ years in P2P, strong stakeholder influence, and a track record in global/regional settings, plus comfort with change management and UX-oriented process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
• 7+ years of P2P process experience.
• Ability to influence in contexts of resistance to change.
• High energy, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to understand and simplify complex processes with a UX approach.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills across organizational levels.
• Experience in a global or regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Designs/adherence of processes at NA / country level, managing deviations and alignment with support functions.
• Strategic design of global Source 2 Pay and Travel & Expense processes and rollout of global/regional projects.
• Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships for NA countries and drives standardization of processes.
• Streamlines S2V processes by connecting end users with process owners across functions.
• Applies best practices to process design and adherence at local level, managing deviations.
• Ensures Compliance and Internal Control/SOX standards for the countries under scope.
• Drives end-to-end simplification and user experience improvements across S2V processes for NA.
