Sonoco, a global packaging leader, seeks a Global Process Lead to own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes. You will align global standards, drive efficiency, and manage a multi-location team in Hartsville, SC or Charlotte, NC.

Bring ten-plus years in the function, lean/six sigma mastery, and strong stakeholder leadership to push continuous improvement, automation, and KPI-driven results across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
• Minimum 10 years in the functional area
• Strong change management and stakeholder influence
• Exceptional communication and business acumen
• Project and people management experience
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge
• Experience leading remote and diverse teams
• Process knowledge in assigned area

Responsibilities

• Champion global process standards across the enterprise and align SSS model to business needs
• Drives efficiency and data transparency across processes
• Own execution of global process function and harmonization initiatives
• Map processes, identify improvements, implement initiatives, monitor outcomes
• Utilize lean and six sigma to optimize end-to-end processes
• Drive change management and user training; engage stakeholders
• Lead a global, cross-geography team and monitor compliance with processes
• Establish, track, and improve KPIs over time
