Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in insurance operations, BPS/BPO, or related outsourced environments.
• Significant Property & Casualty insurance experience with outsourced P&C operations.
• Experience running outsourced P&C operations from the service-provider/BPO side.
• Leadership of large, geographically distributed teams and multi-location operations.
• Operational financial oversight including budgets, revenue, margins, or P&L.
• Executive-level relationship management with U.S.-based P&C carriers.
• Strong KPIs, quality, productivity, and workforce planning expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large global P&C insurance operations portfolio with delivery accountability.
• Own operational performance, client relationships, and financial outcomes.
• Drive AI, automation, analytics, and digital operations initiatives.
• Partner with sales/commercial teams to expand client relationships.
• Govern program execution, governance meetings, and client reviews.
• Build leadership capability and succession planning across Delivery and Accounts.
