The role involves overseeing diverse OTC operations across multiple business units and geographies, ensuring service delivery excellence and compliance while driving process improvement.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, over 12 years of relevant experience, and proven leadership in large-scale transformations. Strong communication and executive presence are essential for influencing cross-functional teams effectively.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Order to Cash and finance operations.
• Proven track record in large-scale OTC transformation.
• Experience leading global teams and operating across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Order to Cash function for all business units.
• Oversee and ensure operational excellence in billing and collections.
• Establish governance roles and service delivery expectations.
• Drive standardization of procedures and KPIs.
• Partner with IT for systems strategy and implementation.
