Job summary

McDonald’s seeks a Global Process Lead (GPL) for Order to Cash to own end-to-end process design, governance, and continuous improvement across markets. You will ensure standardization, compliance, and localization where needed while partnering with IT, governance, and finance teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process controls integration, training support, and data conversion validation to enable scalable order-to-cash excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to engage with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, benchmarking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence, drive change, and work collaboratively across functions.
• Experience with end-to-end accounting or finance business process design and/or continuous improvement.
• Experience with global ERP implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end OTC processes across global markets with localization considerations.
• Liaise with run-state GPLs and operations to refine global design and drive efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into system design and configuration within ERP and supporting systems.
• Develop manual processes where system capabilities are lacking and ensure SOPs reflect global design.
• Support data conversion strategy, validation, and cutover needs; assist with UAT scripts and training.
