• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience diagnosing organizational challenges and translating insights into practical solutions.
• Strong project leadership with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and HR across global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization effectiveness engagements translating strategy into operating models, structures, roles, governance, and decision rights.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess performance and implement practical solutions.
• Diagnose organizational challenges using diverse inputs and change readiness insights.
• Lead design and operating model work, including roles, interfaces, and implementation plans.
• Facilitate leadership discussions to align priorities and decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align change management and communications.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations using data from workforce, finance, and qualitative inputs.
• Manage parallel initiatives across multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Build repeatable tools and practices for organization effectiveness.
• Stay current on trends in organization design and transformation.
