Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Global Process Owner to lead end-to-end process performance across the enterprise within a Global Business Services model. You will own process strategy, governance, standardization, and transformation to ensure scalable, compliant, customer-centric processes.

The role requires directing process vision, defining KPIs and global standards, and partnering with IT, data, and transformation teams to realize value across regions and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 8-15+ years in accounting, process management, shared services, GBS, or functional leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Hire to Retire) and drive performance and improvements.
• Define global process vision, roadmap, and target operating model.
• Establish global standards, controls, and process documentation.
• Lead global process governance forums and stakeholder alignment.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and value metrics.
• Ensure regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements are embedded.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma.
