Job summary

Rezdy is seeking a Connectivity Specialist to join the Distribution team in Denver. You’ll support operators in managing integrations with OTAs and distribution partners, ensuring smooth connectivity and accurate product mapping.

Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and support teams to ensure timely connectivity and customer satisfaction, and translate complex technical concepts into plain language for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer support experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a high-ownership team.

Responsibilities

• Provide connectivity support to Rezdy and Checkfront customers globally, primarily in North America and Europe.
• Map products within OTA portals and liaise with representatives to complete mapping between the systems.
• Become an expert in Rezdy’s top OTA integrations and what is and isn’t supported with each one.
• Learn and focus on distribution-friendly product setup across Rezdy and Checkfront platforms.
• Coordinate with sales, onboarding, and technical support teams to ensure connectivity is completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Research and explain complex technical concepts in plain language.
