Job summary

BlockTXM Inc. seeks an OT/ICS Cybersecurity Engineer consultant to secure plant-floor environments and improve industrial network resilience. You will assess OT/ICS networks, apply industry controls, and partner with engineering and IT teams to reduce cyber risk across manufacturing operations.

The role involves communicating risk to plant leaders, supporting secure architectures, and delivering IT/OT integration projects in various client settings, including remote and hybrid delivery models.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OPC-UA, ISA-95 / Purdue Model, IEC 62443, MQTT / Sparkplug B, SCADA systems (Ignition / FactoryTalk / WinCC).
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or OT/IT transformation environments.
• Ability to communicate risk to business stakeholders and executives.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, testing, and delivery ownership.
• Experience with implementation, integration, rollout, upgrades, or production deployments.
• Comfort with remote, hybrid, and plant-facing delivery models.

Required qualifications

• Experience working with global teams, offshore/nearshore delivery, and client-facing consulting environments.
• Exposure to Agile, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SOP documentation, runbooks, and production support models.
