Job summary

Peregrine Search Solutions is seeking a Cyber Security Supervisor to advance OT security across global manufacturing operations. This hands-on, individual contributor role focuses on designing and implementing resilient OT security controls and coordinating their deployment.

The candidate will lead OT security initiatives, work with regional IT and plant personnel, and oversee secure configuration of OT systems to mitigate cyber threats while safeguarding production and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS engineering, industrial automation, cybersecurity or a related field.
• Experience designing and implementing security controls for OT, industrial control systems or components (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• Strong understanding of ICS protocols (EtherNet/IP, CIP, S7, Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA/Classic, PROFINET, BACnet).
• Hands-on OT security platform experience (Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, Defender for IoT, Tenable OT).
• Familiarity with major industrial vendors (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Emerson, GE).
• Experience leading technical teams on large cross-cultural projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security controls for OT assets (PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, historians, SCADA, DCS).
• Lead SME efforts during OT security solution implementations with standard processes and guides.
• Ensure OT security solutions are maintained per Crown and industry standards.
• Identify OT security configuration issues and coordinate timely remediation with minimal downtime.
• Maintain inventories of OT assets (PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, SCADA servers, network devices).
• Participate in OT incident response, triage, containment, and lessons learned.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and plan remediation for OT systems.
