Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Organization Development Consultant to support organizational transformation and change initiatives. This role contributes to organizational design, leadership development, and team effectiveness efforts to help clients achieve mission outcomes.

The Consultant will support project teams in delivering high-quality, client-ready products while developing core consulting and organizational development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1+ years of relevant experience in organizational development or transformation.
• Exposure to design, change management, leadership development, or workforce transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational design and restructuring analyses and transition planning.
• Assist in change management and organization development strategies aligned with client needs.
• Contribute to leadership development activities, including materials, workshops, and coaching.
• Help facilitate team effectiveness sessions and strategic planning workshops.
• Participate in organizational assessments and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Support day-to-day project activities: research, analysis, deliverables, and QA.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain a positive working environment.
• Develop client engagement skills through supervised client interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and deliverables.
