Opti Staffing in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Warehouse & Customer Support Administrator for a direct-hire role onsite. You will handle customer inquiries, order entry, and inventory tasks within ERP systems, while coordinating shipments and maintaining records.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $22–$26 per hour, Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, onsite in Chandler.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, customer service, or operations support role.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Enter and manage customer orders within inventory and ERP systems.
• Track shipments, coordinate deliveries, and ensure materials arrive on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
• Compile and communicate reports related to inventory, orders, and service levels.
• Process warehouse documentation including delivery dockets and GRNs.
