Job summary

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our Chandler, Arizona facility. The role focuses on maintaining service levels and delivering support to multinational customers in high-precision environments.

You will develop strong customer relationships, process orders accurately, liaise with warehouse and internal teams, and provide timely data and reporting to ensure smooth order flow and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and/or industry.
• Passion for delivering first class customer service.
• Ability to identify customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Strong communication, organizational and administration skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with ERP/WMS and SAP is highly beneficial.
• Experience working with spare parts / machine parts / technical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop good business relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle customer enquiries by email and phone.
• Process incoming customer requests and purchase orders to ensure correct data in internal systems.
• Support the delivery of excellent customer service at every opportunity.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to complete tasks and turnaround orders.
• Perform order entry, order management, stock reporting, and data input in inventory systems.
• Compile, analyze, and manage reports to customers.
• Manage lead times and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with warehouse on regular, urgent, and special orders.
