Job summary

Garmin is seeking a full-time Business Analyst OM Support at our U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area.

You will drive onboarding solutions and gather user requirements for order management applications globally, collaborating with IT and business teams to test new functionality and coordinate system changes. You will document requirements, prepare training materials, and communicate issues while maintaining stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude in a global setting.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional SME for application/technology solutions and related business processes.
• Collaborate with global team members to document business processes.
• Document requirements of each project.
• Coordinate testing for new systems, functionality and processes.
• Document/test test cases and coordinate training materials.
• Maintain Oracle setups and support system configurations.
• Prepare training documentation and train global team members.
• Communicate issues and drive continuous improvement to reduce costs.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and report monthly on progress.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 15%+).
