Job summary

Garmin Ltd. in the United States is seeking a full-time Business Analyst OM Support at our U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area.

The role focuses on gathering, documenting, and communicating user requirements for global order management applications, driving onboarding solutions, and facilitating feature delivery. You will collaborate with global teams, test new systems, prepare training materials, and contribute to process improvements while traveling as needed and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with strong communication in a global setting.
• Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serves as functional SME for application/technology solutions and related business processes.
• Collaborates with global team members to understand and document business processes.
• Documents requirements of each project.
• Works with business teams, IT and regional experts to test new systems and processes.
• Documents and coordinates test cases.
• Prepares training documentation and trains global teams on new systems.
• Identifies discrepancies and gaps in process requirements.
• Maintains stakeholder relationships and provides monthly reports.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (15%+).
• Adjusts hours to support international time zones.
