Job summary

Garmin International is seeking a full-time Senior ERP Application Analyst - Manufacturing and Supply Chain at its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area.

You will gather and document detailed requirements for business projects and determine moderately complex solution designs for ERP systems. The role emphasizes implementing and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite, participating in the SDLC, data migration, and coordinating with distributed teams to deliver manufacturing and supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong academics with GPA 3.0+ as a general rule.
• Experience with project management principles and adapting to changing business needs.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with manufacturing and supply chain modules: Discrete Manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP, Cost, PO) and Supply Chain.
• Experience testing custom applications and Oracle patches.
• Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle application tools (e.g. Workflow).
• Documentation and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new technologies to improve existing functions and propose design options.
• Configure, test, implement and support Oracle eBusiness Suite and other business applications.
• Demonstrate mastery of the software development lifecycle and troubleshooting tools.
• Identify interdependencies and design test scenarios.
• Mentor less experienced Analysts and contribute to project feasibility and planning.
