Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 4+ years IT/technical experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and isolate issues creatively and systematically.
• Strong familiarity with Windows, Mac and Linux OS and scripting (PowerShell/Bash).

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause investigations and document findings clearly.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements and deliverables align with objectives.
• Learn and apply tools needed by global IT teams and identify new ones.
• Autonomously manage requirements for small to medium projects of average complexity.
• Develop proactive monitoring processes and KPIs to improve IT service efficiency.
