Job summary

Weber Blackstone in Providence, Utah, is seeking an International Logistics Agent to oversee the full order lifecycle—receiving, negotiating, data entry, and finalization—while coordinating import activities and ensuring on-time delivery through ERP systems and Excel.

You will communicate with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams; monitor shipments; manage customs, invoicing and required documents; and uphold compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in import, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/customer portals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full order lifecycle—from receipt and negotiation to data entry and finalization.
• Proactively monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and manage customs, invoicing, and documents.
• Communicate with customers, sales reps, and internal departments; review account health and logistics issues.
