Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or a business-related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in import, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Attention to detail with data precision and accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a team, communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full order process—from receipt to finalization—aligning with overseas production capabilities.
• Monitor shipment schedules, manage customs, invoicing, and required shipping documents.
• Communicate with customers, sales reps, and internal teams; review account health and troubleshoot logistics issues.
• Utilize ERP and Excel to generate, analyze, and audit reports; maintain order status in portals.
• Learn and apply vendor guidelines; coordinate with compliance teams for assigned accounts.
• Resolve complex order management, shipping, and billing issues independently.
• Maintain understanding of the order flow and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
