Job summary

Carrier is seeking a skilled customer service and operations professional to manage end-to-end order fulfillment and coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams. The role requires attention to pricing, export compliance, Incoterms, and accurate documentation, along with strong English communication and multitasking abilities. SAP/ERP experience is preferred, with a focus on export operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, or Export Operations.
• Knowledge of export documentation, international shipping, and Incoterms.
• SAP/ERP experience preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet shipment schedules.
• Monitor production status and committed delivery dates.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, export compliance, and correct Incoterm application.
• Arrange shipments and coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
• Prepare export documentation and support FTA requirements.
• Process order changes and maintain customer master data.
• Support other assigned customer service and operations activities.
