Job summary

Imagine Learning is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support accurate and timely order processing across Finance Operations, working with US-based Sales, Order Services, AR, and customers. The role covers review of orders, discrepancy resolution, and seamless order-to-cash workflows.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 0–2 years in related roles, strong English communication, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in order management, accounts receivable support, or billing operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately per documented procedures.
• Review quotes and purchase orders to identify discrepancies before orders move forward.
• Coordinate resolution of order, pricing, account, renewal, billing, and fulfilment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and renewal information.
• Document order-review notes, references, resolutions, and hand-off details clearly.
• Support timely progression of orders through acceptance, invoicing, and revenue-related workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Order Services, Project Coordinators, Accounts Receivable, and customers.
• Follow internal controls and manage multiple time-sensitive order tasks.
