Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking an International Customer Logistics Analyst to support cross-border order execution from Ewing, New Jersey on a contract basis.

The role is remote offsite with a standard 8:00 AM–4:00 PM window (flexible within a couple of hours) and offers $24-$28 per hour based on experience. You will coordinate with Sales, GMG, Supply and Demand Planning, Transportation, Quality, Credit, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and leverage AI-CoPilot for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience preferred in international logistics, customer service, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Intermediate/advanced analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, TEAMS) with ability to leverage tools for analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• AI-CoPilot skills a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international order execution and service performance for assigned customers and regions.
• Serve as a central coordination point across Sales/GMG, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Transportation, Quality, Credit, and external partners to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely order fulfillment.
• Utilize technology such as AI-CoPilot to assist with reporting and analytics.
