Job summary

Travelpro® is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to support global order management, customer account coordination, and operational excellence across the United States, Europe, and Canada. This role sits at the center of customer experience, supply chain coordination, and global operations—ensuring orders move efficiently while delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will collaborate across departments to solve operational challenges, improve workflows, and maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, operations coordination, or administrative support.
• Experience with ERP, EDI, and WMS systems and related technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience supporting international or multi-region operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders across global regions and ensure compliance with shipping and account requirements.
• Coordinate shipment routing, logistics details, and account maintenance activities.
• Maintain operational reports, customer documentation, and system accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve workflows.
