Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Global HRIS Senior Solution Specialist to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Time & Labor across the enterprise. Translate complex policy into scalable system functionality and collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business partners to deliver global solutions.

You’ll own Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, integrations, and guide UAT and quarterly releases while providing training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience focused on Absence Management and Time & Labor.
• Multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong experience designing and configuring absence and time policies within a global organization.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, HCM extracts, BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Understanding of leave and timekeeping compliance requirements, including labor law considerations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global design, configuration, and optimization of Absence Management and Time & Labor in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Configure absence plans, eligibility profiles, accrual rules, carryover and expiration logic, time entry profiles, time calculation rules, and processing profiles.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex absence and timekeeping requirements.
• Perform system testing, support UAT activities, and assist with Oracle quarterly releases.
• Deliver training and support to end users and business partners.
• Collaborate with integration teams to build and maintain related Oracle HCM integrations.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives for Absence and Time solutions globally.
