Job summary

MetLife’s Global Technology team is seeking a hands‑on Oracle HCM Cloud Techno‑Functional Consultant to lead end‑to‑end Payroll and Time & Labor implementations. You’ll configure and build technical artifacts (Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher) and collaborate with HR, IT and vendors.

Preferred candidates have 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with HDL/HSDL, APIs, and automation tools.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and Time & Labor implementation experience.
• Experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
• Proficiency with HDL/HSDL and agent builder for automation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations for Payroll and Time & Labor.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Configure, develop, and support Oracle HCM capabilities including reporting and integrations.
• Design and maintain reporting and data migration solutions using Oracle HCM tools.
• Provide production support and drive continuous improvement with HR/IT/vendor teams.
